No refunds. Returns will credited back via store credit.

 

Due to the severity of COVID-19, we are no longer accepting exchanges and our return policy has changed. Please read through all of the conditions below to determine whether your item(s) qualify. 

 

Returns
At this time, we are only accepting returns for items that are damaged or incorrect upon delivery.

- Full name on the order

- Order number

- Items you would like to return and why

*If item is damaged, must include a photo*

Return requests are eligible for store credit only within 7 days of delivery (according to tracking records).

 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can resolve the issue.
